We provide individuals and families with one-on-one assistance and carefully-designed support services in Deschutes, Douglas, Lane, Coos, Josephine, Jackson, Klamath, Union, Baker, Malheur, Umatilla and Crook Counties.
Our Attendant care providers offer varying levels of service based on each individual’s needs.
Our DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) assist individuals in accomplishing activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and health-related tasks through hands-on assistance, supervision, or cueing. Examples of this caregiving service include but are not limited to:
Hygiene: Bathing, hair care, grooming, shaving, nail care, dressing
Socialization: Support and participation in the community
Nutrition: Preparing meals, adequate food and liquid intake
Housekeeping: Cleaning surfaces, making bed, cleaning dishes, dusting
Community Activities: Engage in community-based activities
Services are free for all qualified individuals with a developmental disability. We work with all ages.
