FACC December 3 Program – Are You Culturally Ready?

FACC’s December 3rd monthly program will feature Rick Chilton, President of Helping Hands Coalition’s Community Social Health program. The program offers an exploration of cultural awareness and its essential role in shaping group identities within impactful programs. It will emphasize the importance of self-awareness and explore the ten dimensions of cultural values that can enhance your own program initiatives.
Rick and Helping Hands Coalition are dedicated to improving the health and economic stability of marginalized communities in Western Lane County. This program offers a valuable opportunity to expand your cultural perspectives and deepen your connections. We hope you can attend.
The December 3, 2025 meeting starts at 10:45 am in the Bromley Room of the Siuslaw Public Library District, 1460 9th Street in Florence. Attendance is also available via Zoom. FACC is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) membership organization that has been working to help Western Lane communities and people for over 25 years. Its mission is to improve the quality of life in Western Lane County through partnerships, networking, volunteerism, community involvement, education and awareness. FACC meetings are free and open to the public. Light refreshments are served. Annual dues are $50 for agencies and organizations and $25 for individuals.
