Florence Treatment Center Project Advances; Community Open House Scheduled for September 23

Florence, OR — The Florence Treatment Center project continues to move forward, with substantial progress in community engagement, facility design, funding, and preparations for construction. Lane County Treatment Center (LCTC), which will operate the new Florence location, remains committed to expanding access to effective, evidence‑based treatment for individuals experiencing opioid dependence.

To support community understanding and involvement, LCTC will host an Open House on September 23, 2026, from 3–6 p.m. at 4480 Highway 101, Florence. All community members, local organizations, and contractors are invited to visit the site, meet project representatives, and learn about upcoming construction and services.

Looking Ahead
With planning and community engagement well underway, LCTC is preparing for the next phase of development. Construction preparation continues to progress, supported by strong local interest and growing regional awareness of the need for expanded treatment services along the coast.
