Always dreamed of growing your own vegetables, but you’re not sure how to get started? Want tips on the best edible plants for our coastal climate? Curious about watering, fertilizing, or harvesting? Join OSU Master Gardeners Bart Mealer, Jacki Holien, and Susy Lacer for this free program at the Siuslaw Library. They’ll talk about techniques and challenges for gardening at home, including growing in containers and small spaces. A limited supply of free seeds will be available. Bring your gardening questions. Everyone is welcome.
